Top 10 law firm’s interactive C suite meeting: a hybrid solution
A truly hybrid event for globally renowned law firm
Brief
A top ten law firm was holding their CEO Management meeting with 50 attendees from around the globe taking part. Not all the attendees could make it to the event in person, so a hybrid solution was needed .
The nature of the meeting was highly confidential so security was paramount. The meeting, which took place at the firm’s London Headquarters, required the maximum security across all incoming and outgoing feeds.
Solution
For this project, the Procreation team integrated with the law firm’s inhouse Microsoft Teams system and their incumbent production agency. Each virtual attendee being brought in on their own Teams link, with onstage presentations filmed and a television broadcast style show produced and delivered across the wider Teams meeting, providing a highly secure and professional solution. Presentations from remote attendees were relayed on the 4m in house screen at the London HQ, with Procreation providing additional audio visual equipment and technicians to ensure a seamless production.
All the attending CEO’s were able to interact with each other, including during workshop sessions, bringing face-to-face and virtual together in one truly hybrid event. Based on the success of the London event the client has now contracted future events using the same format in the US and across Europe.
