Leading Pharmaceutical company blends  3D Immersive and real life

The Annual Conference and Masterclass events focussed on living with HIV, drawing attention to key topics from HIV therapies, the impact of COVID-19, inequality, communities and a holistic approach to healthcare across different global regions.

The brief was to create an event that facilitated a high level of engagement throughout the 2 day programme, for a global virtual audience of 600, as well as the 400 delegates attending in person. The event was to include live simultaneous translation for both in person and virtual attendees across three different languages, driving conversation between delegates and support healthy debates throughout all sessions.

Global energy company goes hybrid with an 8000 strong audience

The brief was to create a truly hybrid experience that brought everyone together, face to face as well as well as 5,000 people joining the conference virtually.

There were two in-person event locations; O2 Intercontinental in London and Aberdeen International Conference Centre.  These locations respectively hosted 2,000 and 1,000 attendees in person.

Procreation’s role was to seamlessly bring the two locations together and deliver the same content to all attendees – including the virtual audience –  in real time, so everyone had a shared experience of the day.

3D Virtual World for Construction Organisation

A highly secure 3D immersive virtual world for a leading UK construction organisation. The platform needed to satisfy a complete set of workplace community requirements that would enable the business to have a central ‘always on’ immersive hub. The 1800 strong workforce use the space for daily news and company wide initiatives, as well as meetings, networking, a wellbeing lounge and larger events.

A truly hybrid event for globally renowned law firm

A top ten law firm was holding their CEO Management meeting with 50 attendees from around the globe taking part. Not all the attendees could make it to the event in person, so a secure hybrid solution was needed.

St. John’s DermAcademy

Virtual Experience Center

A global top 3 pharmaceutical company asked us to create a  bespoke 3D 360 immersive virtual experience center to enable them to take customers on a virtual tour showcasing new products for sample preparation, data analysis and reporting.

NHS Blood and Transplant

Due to COVID-19 restrictions NHS Blood and Transplant were forced to stop all face-to-face donation seminars, but still needed to ensure blood, organ, tissue and stem cell donation continued to save those in need.

Global Training Programme

Now running in its second year, we created a 3D 360 immersive virtual environment designed around a stadium and various training rooms. To support the events fully managed operational services were proivided to deliver a series of themed training events across EMEA, NA and APAC regions throughout the year.
